Jennas Bodeum Home was perfect! She was waiting for us to give instructions for the home and its uses. A laundry machine and dryer are available for use and a filtered water station with cold water. Each room and living room had running cold air conditioning that worked well. The night market of Myeongdong was a 5 minute walk from the house. The surrounding area has small businesses that were friendly and easy to access. A few minute walk from a convenience store CU is there along with multiple coffee shops. This will be my go to for every time we go to Myeongdong and will always be my number 1 choice. Reach out to Jenna for anything and shes always willing to accommodate. The unit accommodated 15 of my family and worth the location and price. Thanks again, and till next time.

This place is comfortable and I will recommend friends to visit this place! Although the slope outside is a bit steep, we can treat as exercise when walking back to the place. :) Host is friendly and nice. She picked us up when we cannot find the right way. She is responsive also! Really nice!

We had a 12-person stay at Jenna's place in the middle of a heat wave. Five kids were split between two rooms, with rooms for three sets of parents and one set of grandparents, each with its own AC and bathroom. The living area was large enough for all of us to sit together, and even to have coffee with relatives who dropped by to say hello. The house was very clean. It is up a hill, so could be challenging for some older people. The taxis do not always come all of the way up. We could get to the main street to catch the bus easily and also into the neighbourhood where there are many convenience stores and restaurants. It is close to the Namsan tower cable car and also to the Myungdong shopping district and food street - walkable even for a 6-year-old and a 78-year-old. The rental for us included a separate upstairs unit with two rooms. This was quieter for grandparents, but meant they had to "leave" their room to join us for breakfast. We would stay here again. Book 7 rooms for our company retreat. Host is very accommodating and helpful. PROS: Near Myeongdong, clean, comfortable, quite. Good to have washer and dryer especially with the hot weather. The main hall is a good place for us to gather in the evening when we got back. CU and Starbucks nearby. CONS: No hangers/ hooks in some room. Rooms are small especially on level 1.5 & 2. The 2 rooms on level 1.5 have attic roofs design, not suitable for tall people. Rooms at level 2 are next to the main building which have its own access door but have lower ceiling than the rooms in the main building. Not able to open 2 luggage at the same time. The shaky toilet seat and shower tap in level 2 (outside) need to be fix. It will also be good for traveller to know in advance of the slope to the accommodation to make plans for luggage. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

We were travelling in 3 families, so the setup of Jenna's house was perfect for us, we get to gather together while keeping each of our private room because every room here has bathroom. It's also great since the house has washer and dryer. But I want to highlight the location, you need to walk up a bit, yes, but it's nothing, LOTTE Dept store, Shinsegae, are all 10 mins walk away. Myeongdong area is only 10 mins away, the neighborhood is very central, but since the location of the house is in a small cute alleyway, you get to keep your privacy. Some of the great restaurants are minutes away by foot. I really reccommend this place, and next time I come back to Seoul I will definitely stay here again :)

Bodeum Home exceeded our expectations! Jenna and Mia were so responsive. Check in was seamless and both of them were even there upon our very late arrival at 1am to the house to welcome us and walk things through. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport with all our luggage in two comfortable vans. That was such a great help not having to research reserving our own. Price was so reasonable too! After long days of exploring it was great for each of us to retreat to our clean and comfortable beds. We had a party of 8 and we loved that each person had their own room and bathroom. The house had plug adapters and hair dryers for each room as well. Our hosts thought of every detail and we appreciated it so much. The house was spacious and very clean. Location was very close to subway, banks, coffee, shopping and food just a quick 5 minute walk down from the neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying here again when in Myeongdong.
