Location is pretty near myeongdong, which is good. However; the steep slope to the residence made many taxis unwilling to drive up. With young children and old folks, the constant climbing up and down proved a challenge especially when it started snowing and parts of the slope was slippery. The basement level and the 3rd level is also separated from the main building which houses the 1st and 2nd level. Overall, Jenna has been a very helpful and responsive host who tries her best to accommodate to requests and solve problems. The rooms are clean and functional. Toilets do not have separate shower stalls so floor gets all wet. Nothing a little cleaning up can’t solve though. Washer; dryer, dish washer; microwave, kettle, water dispenser, refrigerator, induction cooker, cups, bowls, plates, utensils and cutleries were all provided. Jenna also provided extra toilet and kitchen towel rolls as well as threw in a case of tangerines for us. Heating in the house was good.

There was a large group of us and this place fit us all comfortably. Place was clean and all the amenities were perfect. Be aware there is a steep hill to get to place. If you have elderly people it may not be ideal. Not all taxi's drive to the top. Jenna was very responsive and helpful. She helped make our stay outstanding.

Jenna was a great host from before booking to after check out. She and her entire team were quick to respond, helpful, and easy to work with for a group this size. We reserved the entire house and the individual room/bath setup and different entrances was perfect for us. Throughout the trip the table and kitchen became the main spot to share stories, food and purchases. It’s a great location, tucked away in a neighborhood but close to Myeongdong, the subway, buses and taxis on Toegye-ro. There are plenty of cafes, marts and restaurants nearby and the lift to Namsan Tower. This really was the perfect landing spot for a group of new and returning travelers to Seoul.
