The building also has an elevator for convenient access, and there are bedrooms available that do not require the use of indoor stairs. For guests using a wheelchair or stroller, or those with limited mobility, we recommend checking the property layout and access route in advance for a more comfortable stay. ▶ Accommodation & Check-in Information Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Complimentary luggage storage is available on your check-in and check-out dates. To help you travel more comfortably from the airport to the property, we can assist with arranging an airport pickup upon request. This service is provided by an external driver, and the fee should be paid directly to the driver. Only registered guests are permitted to use the accommodation. For commercial bookings, please discuss the details with us before confirming your reservation. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, loud parties and events are not permitted. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 fine will be charged if smoking odor or evidence of indoor smoking is detected. 一次非常好的体验，我们一行是15人，飞机早于入住时间，房主提前很nice的让我们入住，并提前在房间内等待我们。房子介绍非常详细，如描述很干净，新装修，设施非常齐全。担心我们是用毛巾较多又额外提供了2份额外的布草，床品也很干净触感也可接受，一天之后让我们可以很放心的睡觉。距离上非常有优势，去哪里都很近，步行就可以到很多景点，附近也有便利店还有餐厅，品质也很好。步行5分钟就到了明洞站，地铁搭乘也很近。因为在市中心打车费用都不贵，全程基本没有怎么坐地铁，都是散步和打车。总之非常好的体验，谢谢

房子內部跟照片上一樣，家具設計非常漂亮，301的三樓有一個大平台可以直接看到南山塔，晚上去看很美 !!! 但民宿提供的wifi速度有點慢，後來還是直接使用自己手機網路。 我們有遇到一樓廁所洗手台有點堵塞，但跟房東反映後，都有即時回復訊息 !\ 地點位於明洞地鐵四號出口(有手扶梯)附近，對於要去明洞逛街購物或搭乘地鐵都很方便，小缺點是需要爬一小段坡😂 不過我們20人的住宿體驗還是非常滿意的!!!!!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and it was perfect for our large group of 11. The place is very centrally located with easy access to the subway, shops in Myeongdong, convenience stores, and restaurants. Keep in mind that this property is split into two adjacent units, but if you’re okay with that, then it’s great for large groups. The host was very responsive and even got up very early to welcome in guests that arrived around 6am! She was also accommodating for luggage storage on the property. The place had very nice views of the city from the rooftop and the terrace (though it would have been nice to have furniture in those areas too.) If you’re a digital nomad, the WiFi is a bit spotty in areas and there are several WiFi routers throughout the two units, which can be a bit cumbersome. We did encounter an odor problem in one of the units that required one of our guests to switch rooms. I would definitely come back and stay here again with a large group.

Perfect place for big families as there are ten rooms and 6 toilets! The host is extremely friendly and helpful. She was there to orientate us on the amenities. Location is central, near to subway station. The only downside is the slope leading up to the house- which can be easily solved if you take a taxi :)

我們這次17位入住 從明洞3號出口出來往上走10分鐘有點爬坡 如果有長輩不適合 位置在有點半山腰 房源位於樓層的3樓，電梯上去之後分為兩戶，一戶5間房間，房間都很大，跟圖片一樣 客廳都是在第二層，兩戶的第一層都有4個房間，第二層都是1個房間、1間衛浴 住的很舒適很滿意👍
