And house is very close to Hongdae station and Yeonnam area as walking distance. There is also popular cafe street nearby the house. House is only one minute away from airport bus stop. and there are many bus stop in front of the house where you can go every tourist spot as Myeongdong, Gyeongbok Palace, and traditional market, Cherry blossom area. Please avoid jumping or making loud noise late at night or early in the morning. 2. This building includes a family residence with children, so smoking is strictly prohibited. Dulian 2 and Dulian 3 are located next to each other on the second floor. ⸻ ▶ Accessibility Notice The property is located close to the main road, but there is a gentle uphill slope on the way to the house. Also, please note that the second-floor units require stair access.

Our group of 17 had a wonderful stay at James and Mia's place. James was very responsive and accomodating. He even welcomed us when we arrived. The house is also located near the bus station and a short walk to Hongdae. There is a convenience store and a good bread shop nearby. The inside of the house is clean and spacious. There is ref, microwave, toaster, washer, dryer and coffee machine. We look forward to staying at their other listings

Mia's place is perfect for a large group and in a great location that was private/quiet but only a short walk away from the main Hongdae area. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group of 11 people. Mia and James were so easy to communicate with and very friendly! They immediately helped with any questions we had throughout our stay. The home is also right next to the airport limousine bus which was a great added benefit for traveling easily to and from ICN airport. Highly recommend the place for bigger groups traveling together and will be back with our big group again next time we're in Seoul!

We had about 12 guests so needed a large place to stay. There weren't too many options but Mia's place stood out for the number of bathrooms per guest rooms which was important for us. Unexpectedly really great location in terms of public transport and food so you'll have no issues finding some place to eat, explore, or find transport to. The only con was that the group had to split up but it was fine since we were all doing our own ventures anyway. If we have a need in the future to travel with such a large group in the future we will look out for her place again. The host was incredibly responsive and was able to arrange private transport for a fee also. Really useful with a group our size.
