  We are a group of 12 and this house was perfect for us. The fact that all bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom really helps when you have 12 adults. The central area has a great table to congregate. The kitchen has everything you need as a traveller. The place was very clean. The location is optimal. So many key attractions/shopping/restaurants/markets within walking distance. Walking up the Namsan Tower trail was great to get exercise and views. Mia and team were so helpful, friendly, responsive, and clear with communications. Everything was easy and leaves you to enjoy your visit to Seoul. Very grateful for the great memories built here with my family. Thank you.

  5/5 Stars – Exceptional Stay in Seoul! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Seoul! The location could not be better—it's super close to Myeong-dong and the subway, making getting around the city completely effortless. layout-wise, the house was perfect for our group. Having tons of rooms with private ensuite bathrooms for each room gave everyone the ultimate privacy and space to unwind. The highlight for us was the lovely front yard, complete with a table and chairs that made for the perfect spot for relaxing, enjoying a calm morning, or having dinner outside. A special, massive thank you to Mia, who truly went above and beyond her host responsibilities to help us. We are so, so grateful for her hospitality and care—it made our trip extra special. We would love to stay here again and cannot recommend this property enough to anyone visiting Seoul!

  Jennas Bodeum Home was perfect! She was waiting for us to give instructions for the home and its uses. A laundry machine and dryer are available for use and a filtered water station with cold water. Each room and living room had running cold air conditioning that worked well. The night market of Myeongdong was a 5 minute walk from the house. The surrounding area has small businesses that were friendly and easy to access. A few minute walk from a convenience store CU is there along with multiple coffee shops. This will be my go to for every time we go to Myeongdong and will always be my number 1 choice. Reach out to Jenna for anything and shes always willing to accommodate. The unit accommodated 15 of my family and worth the location and price. Thanks again, and till next time.

  We had a 12-person stay at Jenna's place in the middle of a heat wave. Five kids were split between two rooms, with rooms for three sets of parents and one set of grandparents, each with its own AC and bathroom. The living area was large enough for all of us to sit together, and even to have coffee with relatives who dropped by to say hello. The house was very clean. It is up a hill, so could be challenging for some older people. The taxis do not always come all of the way up. We could get to the main street to catch the bus easily and also into the neighbourhood where there are many convenience stores and restaurants. It is close to the Namsan tower cable car and also to the Myungdong shopping district and food street - walkable even for a 6-year-old and a 78-year-old. The rental for us included a separate upstairs unit with two rooms. This was quieter for grandparents, but meant they had to "leave" their room to join us for breakfast. We would stay here again.   Book 7 rooms for our company retreat. Host is very accommodating and helpful. PROS: Near Myeongdong, clean, comfortable, quite. Good to have washer and dryer especially with the hot weather. The main hall is a good place for us to gather in the evening when we got back. CU and Starbucks nearby. CONS: No hangers/ hooks in some room. Rooms are small especially on level 1.5 & 2. The 2 rooms on level 1.5 have attic roofs design, not suitable for tall people. Rooms at level 2 are next to the main building which have its own access door but have lower ceiling than the rooms in the main building. Not able to open 2 luggage at the same time. The shaky toilet seat and shower tap in level 2 (outside) need to be fix. It will also be good for traveller to know in advance of the slope to the accommodation to make plans for luggage. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.
